Overview
The MK920 is a dynamic rotary torque sensor that transmits power and signal contactlessly, giving a long service life with no slip rings to wear. It combines high accuracy and stability with strong immunity to interference in a compact, lightweight, easy-to-install package, converting mechanical torque into a precise electrical signal in real time even under humidity, vibration and heavy drive-train loads.
Key Features
- High accuracy (<±0.08%F.S) for precise measurement
- 120%; 150%; 200% Optional elastic element for durability and corrosion resistance
- Standard output 0.5%F.S; 0.3%F.S; 0.1%F.S (Optional), compatible with common indicators
- Compact design for straightforward integration
Applications
Used for torque measurement on electric motors, engines and turbines, rail locomotives, and automotive, aerospace, marine and mining drivetrains, including EV motor and gearbox test benches, wind-turbine main shafts and CNC machine-spindle monitoring.
