Overview
The MK-CT6DL-1 is a six-axis force-sensor calibration and test bench. Servo electric cylinders with precision force sensors provide high-accuracy closed-loop control with load-hold precision better than 1/10000, while a servo torsion mechanism with a torque sensor reaches the same accuracy in torque. Multi-channel servo loading applies Fx, Fy, Fz, Mx, My and Mz together to eliminate inter-axis coupling errors.
Key Features
- Six-axis combined servo loading (Fx, Fy, Fz, Mx, My, Mz)
- Load and torque hold precision better than 1/10000
- Precision vertical control of the loading moment arm
- Removes inter-axis coupling for accurate calibration
- High accuracy (Fx, Fy, Fz load accuracy ≤0.1%F.S; Mz load accuracy ≤0.1%F.S) for precise measurement
- Compact design for straightforward integration
Applications
Intended for the calibration and verification of six-axis force/torque sensors; the control software displays all six channels and real-time loading curves for intuitive, automated calibration.
