Overview
The DBSL-TQ is a spoke-type load cell built for high-accuracy force measurement in demanding industrial settings. Its spoke elastic element gives strong resistance to off-centre loads and excellent stability, with combined accuracy to 0.02% and repeatability better than 0.01%. Machined from high-strength alloy steel with a nickel-plated, corrosion-resistant finish, it spans a wide range of rated loads and offers multiple output and signal-conditioning options for easy integration.
Key Features
- Spoke construction with high off-centre-load resistance
- Combined accuracy up to 0.02%, repeatability better than 0.01%
- Low-profile body for simpler, quicker installation
- High-strength alloy steel with nickel-plated anti-corrosion finish
- Capacities from a few hundred kilograms to tens of tonnes
- Standard output 3.0mV/V±0.25%, compatible with common indicators
Applications
Well matched to material-testing machines, truck and axle-weighing scales, and large hopper or silo scales for industrial weighing, mechanical loading and dynamic force monitoring.
